Meet Anthony Hensley - General Manager

Anthony Hensley is a hospitality leader with 30+ years of experience and is a graduate of Sullivan University with a Culinary and Hotel Restaurant Management Degree. He spent 10 years at Ruth’s Chris's Steak House in multiple corporate locations.  Anthony joined Landry’s Inc. at Simm's Steakhouse in Lakewood/ Golden, CO in 2009 and has built a thriving team that continues to grow and develop under his leadership.  Additionally, he is a First-Level Master Sommelier and has a passion for delivering warm, welcoming guest experiences.

Meet Mark Sutay - Sales Manager

Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Mark brings an extensive background in hospitality and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. As the Private Dining Coordinator at California Dreaming, he assisted with building their private dining department from the ground up. While working his way up in the hospitality industry at historical locations such as 82 Queen and the Oxford Hotel, he enjoyed exploring some of his other talents, such as painting and interior design. 

As the Sales and Events Manager at Simms Steakhouse, for the past 10 years, Mark has created lasting relationships with his clients. His wealth of service knowledge and creative abilities curate events that are seamless and unique. From business dinners and meetings to rehearsal dinners and weddings, Mark will ensure that what you envision is brought to life.
