Indulge in an evening of refined flavors and spirited competition at Simms Steakhouse as two Master Sommeliers, Julie Dalton and Sean Razee, compete to create the perfect wine pairings. 

With each course you'll taste two expertly selected wines and vote for your favorite pairing. At the end of the night, one sommelier will be crowned the champion - but you'll be the ones savoring every delicious moment.
